Narellan has no railway station. The suburb had one on the old Camden branch line, but that closed in 1963 and the site is now the town centre. Macarthur, about 6km away on the T8 Airport and South Line, is the nearest station, and buses run along Camden Valley Way toward Campbelltown and Macarthur. For a High Physical Support home this matters less than it would elsewhere, since most travel will be by accessible vehicle, but it is an honest picture of the area.
Narellan Town Centre on Camden Valley Way is a sub-regional shopping centre with around 220 stores and it is close by. Camden Hospital is a short drive, with the larger Campbelltown Hospital further east.
