Accessibility
Our commitment
Accessibility matters to us. As a disability support provider, making our website usable by everyone is part of who we are, not an afterthought.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we keep working to improve.
What we have built in
- Clear, semantic page structure that works with screen readers
- Full keyboard navigation and a visible focus outline
- A "skip to content" link at the top of every page
- Descriptive text alternatives for images
- Readable colour contrast and text that resizes cleanly
- Respect for your "reduce motion" setting
Adjust the site to suit you
Use the accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of any page to change the site yourself: make text larger, turn on higher contrast, highlight links, or reduce motion. Your choices are remembered on your device.
