2. The information we collect

We collect information you give us and information we need to provide supports, including:

• Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address
• Enquiry and callback details, including what supports you are looking for
• Sensitive information, including health and disability information, where it is relevant to the supports you are seeking
• Website information such as pages visited, collected only with your consent (see section 7)

3. How we collect it

We collect information directly from you through our website forms, by phone and by email, and sometimes from family members, carers or support coordinators acting on your behalf, with your consent.

4. Why we collect and use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your supports, meet our obligations as an NDIS provider, and improve our services. We only use your information for the purpose you gave it to us, or a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect.

5. Sensitive and health information

Because we provide disability supports, we sometimes handle sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent or where the law allows, and we treat it with extra care. You can choose how much you share with us.

6. When we share your information

We only share your information where it is needed to deliver your supports, for example with the support workers and coordinators involved in your care, or with health professionals where you have agreed. We may use trusted service providers (such as our website form and email hosting) who are bound to protect your information. We may disclose information where required by law. We never sell your personal information.

7. Cookies and analytics

When you first visit our website you can choose which cookies we may use. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you consent, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

8. Storing and protecting your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from misuse, loss or unauthorised access. We keep it only as long as we need it or as the law requires, then securely destroy or de-identify it. Our website and form hosting providers may store information on secure servers located overseas, including the United States; where this happens we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with Australian privacy law.

9. Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact our Privacy Officer using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

10. Making a complaint

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact our Privacy Officer first so we can put it right. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
