In-home care in New South Wales.
New South Wales is home base. AllCare started in south west Sydney and our office is in Lurnea, near Liverpool, so most of our support team lives and works across Sydney. That matters for one simple reason: it lets us offer the thing families ask for first, the same small team of workers turning up week after week.
We deliver in-home and community support across greater Sydney, including the south west, Macarthur, Western Sydney and the St George area, and regionally in Goulburn and the Southern Tablelands. Somewhere else in NSW? Ask us. We would rather tell you plainly whether we can staff your area than promise coverage we cannot roster.
In-home care also sits alongside everything else we do in NSW. Some people we support at home later move into one of our SIL homes, and many build structure into their week through our day programs in Liverpool and Merrylands. One team, so nothing gets lost between services.

Which parts of NSW does AllCare cover for in-home care?
Greater Sydney is our core area, especially south west Sydney, Macarthur, Western Sydney and the St George area, plus Goulburn in the Southern Tablelands. If you live elsewhere in NSW, call 1300 219 811 and we will give you a straight answer about whether we can staff reliable support in your area.
Can I keep the same support workers each week?
That is the goal, and being Sydney-based is what makes it realistic. We match a small team to you, you meet them before anything starts, and we protect consistency in the roster because familiar faces are half the value of in-home support.
Do you offer evenings, weekends and overnight support in NSW?
Yes. Support is built around your routine, not ours, including higher-intensity supports and both active and passive overnight care where your plan funds it.
How is in-home care funded in NSW?
The same way as everywhere in Australia: usually through the Core supports budget in your NDIS plan, at or under the price limits in the national NDIS Pricing Arrangements. We confirm exactly how your plan covers it before the first shift.
